In order to get some backing for this idea, she went on the Shark Tank Australia and the judges thought it was a brilliant idea. When you see them, you will have to agree. They are small doors that are mounted on the wall and can be used to provide an incentive for children. That is something all parents can appreciate.
The show that she appeared on to demonstrate her idea for fairy doors has become quite an international sensation. It got its start in the United States in 2009 but similar shows have been popping up in many other countries, including this one in Australia. The premise of the show is for an entrepreneur to come on and try to convince the judges that their new idea is a winner. If they are able to successfully convince the judges, they may end up backing the company with money in exchange for a small portion of the company itself. It has been a very good thing for many entrepreneurs who are just starting out and would not likely get their big break without this help.
Not only did the judges love the idea, they backed it with $650,000 in exchange for 30% of the company. Once they got started, the orders started flooding in and people were singing the praises of these unique items.
