A Blind Man’s Dog Wears A Camera On His Back But Then His Wife Sees The Horrifying Footage

There are many things that we may take for granted, one of which is our eyesight. Most of us would find it quite difficult to live without our sense of sight and when somebody has that disability, they may struggle in various areas of life. That is especially true of those who lose their sight later in life and need to learn how to get around.

Amit Patel is a 37-year-old man who went blind when he was 32. He suffers from keratoconus, a condition that affects the cornea and he lost his vision as a result of it. As you can imagine, adjusting to the world around you when you’re no longer able to see can be quite difficult, and he struggled with it as well.

In order to assist him, Amit was provided with a guide dog, named Kika. When it is necessary for him to get around, she leads the way and helps them to feel safe, although he sometimes still feels as if he is a “scared little boy in the corner.” Most people would expect that others would go out of their way to show kindness to those with such a disability, but that is not true. In fact, you might be surprised with exactly how many people mock these individuals and make things difficult for them.

Amit had suspected that he was being mocked and that things were not quite as they should be. In order to find out for sure, he strapped a GoPro camera to his Dog’s harness and then went out for a walk. When he got home, his wife viewed the footage and she was shocked with what she saw.
